Crafted to 40%, our caramel rum is perfect for those looking for a sweeter alternative to traditional spiced rum!
Made with care by hand using copper-pot stills, we've distilled authentic Caribbean aged rum with Madagascan Vanilla, oak wood chips and Coconut Blossom, resulting in a gorgeously golden caramel rum with silky notes of browned butter, toffee and vanilla.

- Espresso Rumtini: 50ml Caramel Rum, 25ml coffee liqueur (we like Kahlua), shot of espresso, 12.5ml simple syrup, shaken with ice and strained into a martini glass
- Classic with Coke: 50ml Caramel Rum over ice, topped up with Coca-Cola Zero
- Over ice-cream!

I love this rum and really enjoy to drinking it with friends around a camp fire. It also made a great gift to my rum loving friends.
Absolutely delicious
I have now had all 3 of the rums from Ruddy and this is a very nice drink. Personal favourite is the chocolate that tastes of Raspberries. Will I buy it again, think that is a big yes!
